Get Ready to Improve Your Athleticism!

This summer, give your child the opportunity to grow in fitness and athletic ability! Our Summer Fitness Camp is designed to help young athletes of all levels improve their skills and get stronger, faster, and more agile.

What We Offer:
Speed Training: Enhance your child’s quickness and agility for any sport.
Agility Drills: Improve coordination, footwork, and reaction time.
Conditioning: Boost endurance and stamina to perform at your best.
Intro to Strength Training: Learn the basics of building strength safely and effectively.

Camp Details:
Dates: 3 weeks in June 3 weeks in July
Weekly Options Available: Sign up for one week or all six weeks!
Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
Location: Soccer Field

This camp is for all kids in grades 3-5, regardless of their current skill level. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to take their athleticism to the next level, we’ll meet them where they are!
