SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CAMP IS A EIGHT WEEK PROGRESSIVE ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING CAMP! We will meet Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday each week.

Speed development, footwork and change of direction, agility, mobility, flexibility, and explosive strength and conditioning. Workouts will include speed training with Coach Trevino.

$400 for whole summer/$225 for June or July only/NO weekly or daily rates offered

Summer S&C Camp is reserved for enrolled POP students ONLY
